Who we are.

Formed in 2017, Sanper is a facilities management and general construction company operating throughout London and the South-East.

Founded by two friends with the ambition and vision to create a non-traditional construction company, where they would listen to the operatives, office staff and our clients on areas that would help better the company. Sanper would strive to be dynamic enough to change and better themselves and in turn, would create
a stronger positive working culture aligned with more efficient processes that collectively organically help with Sanper’s targeted trajectory. This is evident over the course of the first 5 years of trading, where Sanper has consistently doubled its turnover year after year.

Sanper can supply project management solutions for small to large projects, fulfil maintenance and repair contracts, as well as offer general construction services to the public and private sectors. Specialising in contracts within security-controlled environments including HM Prisons, Hospitals, and Educational establishments.

Our team endeavours to provide clients with the best quality service, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth process from start to completion. We are dedicated to exceptional customer care and committed to providing the best experience for our clients.

All our operatives are security cleared to work on Government Facilities, so you can be safe in the knowledge that our operatives will be accessing high-security areas safely and professionally.
