Single Trade Specific
As well as supporting FM and general construction requests, we have the capability to tender on large-scale trade-specific projects.
Sanper has had great success working on sizeable commercial developments.
Offering single trade operatives and management to complete work to the highest standard, working cohesively with the on-site management team and workforce to complete our scope of work within the client’s required time restraints. Our core trade capabilities are soft floor finishes, painting and decorating, carpentry as well as smaller M&E packages.

Sanper ‘Core Values’ are an integral part of our ways of working, particularly within our reactive labour teams.
We pride ourselves on providing trustworthy, value-for-money service, focusing heavily on getting the job done correctly on the first visit.
Quality
We have an average 90% first-time fix rate with a low recall rate. We fully understand that for our clients to see value for money, the first-time fix is a big driver. A large factor when looking at first-time fix rates is having the right stock on-site and available to our operatives. We can produce weekly reports highlighting the most regularly used parts. From these reports, we can make recommendations on stock to ensure we have the right parts for the jobs to maintain first-time fix as a key driver within our team.
Trust
Within our recruitment process we ensure we have the right people working for us, as well as our face-to-face interview process, we put all of our staff through an initial DBS check and procedures were required to enrol into the enhanced level 1 SSCL vetting clearance and even Counter-Terrorism Checks if this the necessary criteria.
Health and safety
All of our operatives go through a ‘Sanper induction’. Within the induction, we cover the core way of working as well as a range of other topics from Asbestos and COSHH to Work specific toolbox talks.
Each operative is issued with a 5-point PPE pack, we will then carry out an every-use inspection to ensure we maintain the highest of standards within our protection equipment usage. Using the right people for the right job is very important, we invest heavily in training to ensure our staff are fully qualified for the task at hand, whether that be IPAF or MEWP qualifications, our engineers perform tasks on towers or working off Mobile Elevating Work platforms all with the correct qualification tickets.
Our supervisors being SMSTS qualified means they are fully aware of any potential unforeseen risks when management isn’t attending the working site.
We are proud to have a positive reporting culture when it comes to near misses and incidents. We understand that if an unsafe situation is identified it must be reported and dealt with promptly to ensure the safety of our teams.
